Bill Passes House!

2/13/24:

Exciting news! HB 1239 passed the House yesterday by a vote of 92-5.

That’s a huge bipartisan majority showing their support for this bill.

The version of the bill that the House approved is called the Engrossed Fourth Substitute. You can read this version of the bill here. It clarifies and specifies some of the wording in the original bill.
